We are an Inbound Tour Operator committed with sustainability that offers travel packages around Costa Rica, Panama and Nicaragua. We are looking for a professional and talented person to join our Sales Department.
Design itineraries and quotes for FITs, according to the clients interest, budget and travel dates. Assist Sale Agents from different companies and offer solutions to any situation that could arise.
Qualifications and skills required:
• High level of English language written & spoken and preferably with another language French and/or German.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Wholesale Department of an Inbound Tour Operator.
• Oriented to Sales & Customer service.
• Good knowledge of Costa Ricas main touristic destinations and product, preferably with knowledge of Panama and Nicaragua tourism product for quoting and designing travel packages.
• Capable to include innovative elements in quotations, such as eco-friendly spots, cultural and special interest programs.
• Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance current on industry trends, market activities.
• Passionate and positive communicator.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Availability to work after hours when needed and to attend Fam Trips.
• Excellent interpersonal skills very proactive, responsible, team work oriented, enthusiastic and creative person.
• Able to work under pressure.
