We are looking for an engineer, excellent team player, motivated and hardworking person to lead technical and installation teams in Costa Rica. This is a new-mid level position for young engineers that are looking to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.
Lead technical teams, install and integrate electronic security systems and other technical services (security alarms, CCTV, access control, home automation, automatic gates, solar systems), provide excellent customer service, mentor and coach technicians, weekly and monthly planning based on company goals. Analysis of technical aspects, ensure that processes are executed correctly and successfully. Manage technical budget and assist company in developing new services and new products. Will be in charge of the quality of service provided to clients and of the work environment for installers. Responsible for company growth in services, products and solutions offered to company clients. Must have your own vehicle and the ability to travel throughout Costa Rica. This is not an office management position and you will be working in the field; We provide excellent work environment, room for personal growth, responsibility to take decisions and dynamic energy in our team.
Must be bilingual (English), must have engineering degree, preference for electrical engineering, mechanical engineering degrees or industrial engineering. Experience with low voltage systems. Impeccable references from past employers, proven 2 to 3 years’ experience in the field. Must be have a driving license, be a team player with strong personal values and a no-limit attitude. Assignments are throughout Costa Rica, so must be able to travel.
Position is full time Monday to Friday with half day administrative work on Saturday’s.
