This position requires a degree of independence to respond to requests, troubleshoot, and resolve issues pertaining to assigned duties.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Operate the main phone system at the reception desk
• Support Consular Affairs
• Perform administrative tasks as requested


QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• University Bachelor Degree
• English proficiency
• Skilful at Microsoft Word and Excel
• Customer service and self-motivated mind-set
• Attention to details and ability to multitask
• Professional, positive and an organized team player
• Experience in office administration or other closely related field would be preferred
