We’re looking for someone with a passion for recruiting, is well organized, and has good communication skills and with proficiency with written and conversational English.
You will join a team of exceptional people while having the ability to work from home.
-In charge of full cycle recruitment process
Attract and source applicants by writing and posting job posts on LinkedIn, Job Boards, SalsaMobi’s web site, etc. as well as network with developers for referrals
-Pre-screen candidates, conduct skype interviews, coordinate interviews with the hiring manager and clients
-Follow up with the hiring manager and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process
-Oversee human resources, payroll and benefits
-Experience networking and meeting new people, ideally for recruiting purposes
-Proven working experience in software development industry at least 2 years
-Demonstrable knowledge of technical concepts
-Good knowledge of recruitment market
Nice to have
-Bachelors degree in a related field
-Knowledge on Business Development
-Knowledge of the following tools: Applicant and issue Tracking Systems like SmartRecruiters, LinkedIn Recruiter, Jira
