• Build excellent relationships at a variety of client levels and monitor client satisfaction, obtaining both structured and informal feedback
• Seek out opportunities to develop incremental business with key clients
• Oversee and ensure a high quality, prompt and profitable delivery of all different projects for the clients through effective relationships and processes
• Provide help and guidance to the managers support group, solving issues that could affect the performance of a team or the deliverables
• Follow up on several accounts statuses and process data and deliver account status reports, as the business requires
• Establish correct profiles that assure a correct casting for open positions
• Collaborate with Onshore counterparts in creating new processes to support and improve operation for the managed accounts
• Manage career development of direct reports
• Identify account risks and work on mitigation plans, as well as being responsible for their successful implementation
• Partner with the Onshore account management in order to help with business development and pitch preparation • Monitor constantly the billability of teams in order to present profit reports to higher management and clients
• Work on plans to foster the engagement between the Onshore and Offshore teams
• Partner with L&D to ensure accounts are at the desired skill set level in order to fulfill any client request
• Travel as the business requires


• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Marketing, MIS, Business Administration or related field
• Proficiency working with web fundamentals and methodologies
• 5+ years experience managing technical or operational teams
• Creative agency experience desired
• Proven track record as an Account/Client Director
• Strong report creation skills and capable of processing and analyzing data for final presentation
• Knowledge of business and technical processes to enable technology solutions
• Understanding of current key trends in the digital marketing industry and its impact.
• Capable of budget management and proficiency in accounting
• Proficiency in HR procedures
• Strong negotiation skills
• English level C1 or higher
