Human Resources Coordinator
Your main role will be to lead the company’s recruiting strategy in Latin America. In addition to recruitment you will provide proactive human resources services to a diverse range of senior management teams. This role will be highly visible, varied, challenging, and ultimately, very rewarding. Responsibilities include:
• Partner with business unit clients to develop strategic staffing plans and workforce planning.
• Managing the pipeline of talent and to develop new sources to identify top talent both internally and externally.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients across different countries to ensure high levels of client service and satisfaction regarding the delivery of HR practices.
• Provide training and development opportunities as identified by specific managers.
• Support key performance management initiatives including: goal setting, mid-year and annual-review process, promotions, and talent review/succession planning program.
Requirements
• Education: University degree in Business Administration or Psychology or similar field
• Professional Experience:
• 5 to 7 years of experience in recruitment in Central and South America
• 5 to 7 years of solid experience in policy development and implementation, employee relations, performance management and staff development. Employee engagement and new employee orientation.
• Broad knowledge of labor laws in Central America and South America
• Ability to challenge, influence and persuade others
• Strong communication skills
• Analytical skills and sound judgment
• Coaching skills
• English and Spanish language – Candidates must meet language requirements successfully
