RAN Manager Costa Rica

This person will lead and grow a technical team within the End-to-End System Integration and Test organization that is focused on the qualification, release, and maintenance of radio access network elements. Examples of equipment include subscriber devices, base stations, element management systems, antennas, and interactions with the WiMAX ASN-GW

In this role, the team acts as the final technology development gate keeper for hardware, software, and design changes into the production network. This role is responsible for lab qualification, new product/release introductions into the field, and providing ongoing support for significant challenges faced by the operations teams.
