Technical Service Manager

The Technical Service Manager under direction of Director of Operations has overall responsibility for carrying through the technical assistance in offering tender projects and the subsequent providing of installation, training and maintenance of these projects..

Tasks and responsibilities:
The Technical Support and Service Manager is responsible and accountable for the technical support department encompassing: own activities, customers and support specialists. Managing in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing one or more of the following: complex electro/mechanical medical and laboratory equipment.

Minimum Requirements:
• At least Bilingual EN/SP, Portuguese or French big plus
• Minimum Bachelors degree Preferable University Degree, preferably Electromedicine, Electronics or similar.
• Servicing a wide variety of biomedical equipment within an assigned location and/or territory.
• Identification and resolution of customer issues, providing the customer with the appropriate communication and involving appropriate site service personnel.
• Maintaining customer satisfaction is the primary goal.
• Perform a wide variety of tasks and change focus quickly as demands change. Adapt to varying needs and requirements of the customer and the business.
• Actively participate as a member of empowered work teams.
• Manage company assets effectively including labor time, parts inventory levels, tools, test equipment calibration, purchase orders, equipment, business expenditures, etc.
• Perform all administrative duties in a complete manner within prescribed company policies/guidelines including timesheets, service activity reporting, expense reports, preventative maintenance documentation, and other related paperwork.
• Age between 22-27
• Must own Car and have Driver’s License
• Must have at least 4 years experience in working with Biomedical Equipment
• Must be willing to travel for obtaining and giving trainings as well as installation procedures
• Must be very flexible and willing to take the plane without prior notice
