Principal Accountabilities
• Creates and safeguards the resource planning for the own team.
• Overlooks the activities done by the own team on a day-to-day basis, especially with regard to accounting reconciliations
• Coordinates month-end closing activities an Crest submissions
• Ensures the team works according to agreed processes, making optimal use of existing tools.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement.
•Recommends process improvements to the Accounting Supervisor for approval and implements according to the guidelines set by the Accounting Supervisor.
• Acts as backup for the Accounting Supervisor.
• Prepares work instructions for own team.
• Being able to coordinate little projects
• Working independent.
