Representante de Servicio al Cliente
GENERAL SUMMARY:
•To provide customer support on a daily basis to activities related to the Technical Services and SPL accounts in the UPS Supply Chain Solutions Customer Support Group for the Latin America District.
•To provide the necessary support to the Management in order to effectively drive network service delivery performance, champion internal/external process improvements, customer experience and operational expenses.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Operational
To ensure UPS Supply Chain Solutions effectively meets its service delivery requirements for SPL and Technical Services contracts by:
Managing the day-to-day activities for UPS Supply Chain Solutions contracts
Ensuring UPS Supply Chain Solutions network performance meets contract requirements
Effectively troubleshooting day-to-day challenges
Communicating with all parties involved in a professional and ethical manner in order to accomplish the goals established with our customer.
2.Customer Care
To provide value to the customer in a way that strengthens and grows their business relationship with UPS Supply Chains solutions by:
Providing professional customer support to UPS Supply Chain Solutions customers
Ensuring all customer Service Level Agreements are consistently met
Functioning as the first line of escalation on contracts with single CSR assignments
3.Process Improvement
To promote continuous improvement in operational efficiency, service delivery performance and customer care by:
Effectively documenting and providing action plans in order to work out any discrepancies within UPS Supply Chain Solutions internal procedures
4.Detailed tasks
The daily activities of a CSR vary on the account(s) being handled; these include but are not limited to:
Run and send daily, weekly and monthly reports as specified for each account.
Open, update and close services in CADIO/
Dispatch services to the local dispatchers and/or techs on duty
Follow up on opened services, special requests and e-mail from our customers
